About Me
I am a Progressive Democrat and local community activist seeking the Democratic nomination to represent Bloomfield’s First Ward on our Town Council. Since establishing roots in Bloomfield in 2020, I have been keen on understanding local government in my effort to evaluate how our community is being served and what factors impede the delivery of effective public service. My determination and solution focused personality compell me to build community anywhere gaps are found. The community areas I have dedicated time towards encompass recreational activities for women and the queer community, social media space inviting discourse on local politics, advocacy for marginalized communities, and education campaigns focused on social justice and safeguarding democratic principles. As a mental healthcare provider, I have spent my career caring for families across New Jersey. I understand the importance of turning active listening into effective long term solutions where short term ones prove to be insufficient. Since becoming a first time parent in 2024, I have been emboldened to ensure Bloomfield is nurturing an environment that allows us all to thrive. I am not a politician. I a mom, a healer, and an organizer with relentless integrity. I am dedicated to creating a system that restores public trust in our government by modeling resident-centered leadership and prioritizing collective care.
